Let's Fly Away...

This past weekend, we got out of town and headed to Dayton to visit the National Air Force Air and Space Museum. This museum is near where the Wright Bros built their airplanes. The museum was huge, three large hangars filled with any kind of airplane you could think of...

   

Matt and I had a bit of an epiphany while we were at the museum that made us realized why we were destined to be together... 

Now I'm sure this is of no surprise to you, but I like my cartoons. Probably always will and I'll never need kids around me to continue enjoying them. And of course, Matt love aviation! So, what's the connection?

A consistent theme amongst airplanes were their decals, of which many featured cartoons!

I mean come on! It was destined folks. :) We had a great day at the museum and I think that we only had one regret when leaving...that we didn't get married there! We saw them setting up for an event that night, and I think I saw Matt's tongue hanging out at one point. But on seconds thought, perhaps I'd be jealous that Matt kept disappearing all night to look at everything! ;)
