Giving Ohio the Boot

My new boots arrived today! I returned the others because they I found these and thought these would match more of my clothes. I really like them. See, now I can blend into the community and trick everyone into thinking that I'm a native!



I also thought you all would get a kick out of our pond view right now.



Now you may be asking, what pond? Exactly! It's been covered with ice since I got here. But now, most of it is covered in snow. The ice you see in the picture is only about a quarter of the pond. Wow, I hope the new tenants know not to walk across the "big field" right now!
