Something strange about the apartment I haven't mentioned yet is that all of the electrical outlets are upside down.
It's been a bit of a dilemma because in some cases you need it to be right side up. For example, I have this great night light replica of
The Christmas Story's leg lamp.
But look what happens when I plug it in!
I mean, how embarrassing is that!? You can see right up her skirt!
