On Sunday, we headed to Boston and were tourists for the day. We started at this building you see below. You may be saying, "Yeah, OK, what's so special about this building?" This is were Mike works!
And of course I had to get the desk shot! Isn't he a good sport?!
Mike has an impressive view from his office - I know because two little ladies were trying desperately to see it!
As we entered the park, we were greeted by a huge staircase. I had to take a picture of Mike and Kara - what teamwork!
The garden and pond was quite beautiful..
Next up, we crossed the street and got a quick picture of the Cheer's sign - we learned that the bar itself isn't called Cheers, but it was fun to take a quick peek anyway. :)
And finally came across the Freedom Trail Line.
Of course, I don't think we needed it since we had two very excellent tour guides.
On our way to Qunicy Market, we passed by where the Boston Massacre took place
And of course, Quincy Market. We dined on an excellent lunch before continuing on our journey.
We opted to go to the North End of Boston and on our way we saw a merry-go-round. As you can see, we had two very happy customers with us!
And I thought I'd end the photo tour with a cute shot of Mike and Abby - P.S. isn't her watermelon dress adorable!?
