They're Here, They're Here!

Mom and Dad arrived very late last night!  Hoory!  I'm so excited to have them here!

However, the rain must have also come to visit too because it's been pouring outside today!  Go figure, before their arrival, the weather had been beautiful for the past few days.

We took our time this morning getting up and chatting away.  We finally motivated ourselves to get up and out for lunch and had very yummy meals. We we to Bar Louie, always a classic for anyone visiting.  Afterwards, we went over to Fort Meigs and were welcomed by a huge rain storm.  We managed to get inside the museum and decided pretty quickly that the rain was just too much to deal with since 80% of the exhibits are outside.

So, we took refuge to the apartment's clubhouse and watched Shutter Island on the big screen. Mom and Dad are finally experience my life of luxury!

We are now heading off to dinner and then out for a little ice cream. :) What a great vacation so far!
