I Think We Got The "Pink" Lung...

This past weekend, Matt and I volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and assisted by installing insulation that was provided by Owens Corning, a construction manufacturing company. OC's mascot is the Pink Panther - hence the blog title...

The job itself was quite straight forward - we stuffed insulation into the wall and staple it into the frame. What made the job difficult was the fiber glass floating in the air - even with filtered face masks. Oh well, I know our lungs are supposed to be pink - I just didn't think they would be that pink!

It was a nice morning of volunteering but we were happy to get out and get a good fresh breath of air! Later we went to Bowling Green with Theresa for an art fair. I didn't get any photos, but it was a great show.

Later that night, we went to Chris' house to watch the Michigan/Notre Dame Game. As you can see in the photo below, the evening had a clear rivalry going on since Chris went to ND and Kate went to Michigan.
