Kirsten, It's Not Toledo...It's Toronto!

I've been so trained to say Toledo for these past 8 months that I'm having trouble saying that Matt is in Toronto... It sounds so silly when I accidentally say, "Matt will be staying in Toledo for 5 weeks."  

Yesterday was Matt's first full day in the Toronto plant.  I found out that the plant is actually 20 minutes outside the city, so hopefully Matt will get a few chances to visit during his stay. But for the blog's sake, let's just call it the Toronto plant.

So far he's been assigned a workspace and was given an assignment to update the SOPs for the plant.  Matt told me last night that he suspects that he will be assigned many assistant quality manager tasks since he got so much experience in PA. That's pretty cool, such great experience for Matt! He said his first day was a little slower than he had hoped, but if I know Matt, he'll sniff out work like a pig finding truffles! Oooh, did I just compare you to a pig, Matt?  Well, I meant a cute pig, like Wilber from Charlotte's Web. :)

I mean, come on, how cute is he???

As for me, errands was the theme of the day. My highlight was when I bought a $100 worth of groceries, but only spent $70 due to all my awesome coupons. Coupon Kirsten saves the day!
